The WMIC 2010 official travel agent, JTB Western Japan Corp, has set up a special website for our attendees to request their hotel reservations. They have booked room blocks at a large number of hotels in Kyoto during the conference period of September 7-12th, 2010 (5 nights). Reservations will be processed on a first come, first served basis. The final date to book is August 23rd, 2010. If your first choice is booked, you will be assigned to a room in a hotel of a similar grade. Please apply early for the best chance of getting your first choice.

Instructions for Booking your Kyoto Accommodations:

1. Go to the HOTEL BOOKING SITE
2. Click on ID Application link (upper, left side). You will need to apply for a login ID before you can reserve your hotel. Please note you will have to enter your country code with the telephone number.
   
3. Once you have filled out this form, it will automatically log you in to MY PAGE on the same site.
   
4. Under Accommodations, click on New/Additional Application. Here you can either do a search for your dates and price range or you can select your choice of hotels  from the hotel listings located on the grid on that page.
   
5. Under Optional Tours, make 2nd application if you would like to sign up for any tours
