It is with great pleasure that we invite your company to participate in the upcoming 2010 World Molecular Imaging Congress (WMIC) through exhibiting and/or sponsorship. Organizers from the Academy of Molecular Imaging (AMI), the Society for Molecular Imaging (SMI), the Federation of Asian Societies for Molecular Imaging (FASMI), and  the European Society for Molecular Imaging (ESMI) are working together, with input from a scientifically diverse, international program committee, to develop a scientific program which integrates developments in imaging technologies and molecular imaging agents with applications for drug development, basic science investigations, and clinical translation.

An Excellent Meeting Venue – Kyoto, Japan
Well-known as a global center of intellectual exchange, Kyoto is also a beautiful, serene city with a wonderful blend of old and new, traditional and trendy.  Home to famous landmark world conferences, the International Convention Center (ICC) is the No. 1 conference center in all of Japan.  These are just a few of the reasons why this city holds so much appeal for attendees from around the globe as a destination for the third annual WMIC.

One-Stop Molecular Imaging Educational Technology Showcase
Industry exhibits will include the latest advances in pre-clinical and clinical imaging applications to create a "one-stop" molecular imaging educational technology showcase. The WMIC will bring together technically distinct and separate research communities that have a shared vision in the molecular imaging sciences. Building on the success of the first two World Molecular Imaging Congresses in Nice and Montreal, we expect the attendance for the WMIC 2010 to exceed 2,000 participants from around the world.

World Molecular Imaging Congress Booth Space Rates
The cost to exhibit is US$4,500.00 per 9 square meters (9 sqm is the minimum size booth allowed). Larger booth spaces are available in increments of 18 sqm, 27 sqm, or 36 sqm. Corners can be guaranteed for an additional US$200 per corner charge.  Complimentary conference registrations are included – actual number based on the size of the booth taken.

Exhibitors are required to order and/or provide an approved display stand.

The exhibit hall is carpeted in a light green carpet.

Assignment of Space
The WMIC has established a priority point system for booth space assignments. Points will be awarded based on the following criteria:

•    Date Points – A maximum of 10 points will be given for returning the application and a 50% deposit by Thursday, March 18. Each business day thereafter, one point will be deducted, until all 10 points have been exhausted. Applications received after Wednesday, March 31, will not receive any points in this category.

•    Fifteen points will be given for each 9 square meters of exhibit space taken.

•    Fifteen points will be given for each $1,000 USD taken in sponsorships, including grant support but not advertising opportunities.

•    Ten points will be given for each year that a company has exhibited with WMIC since the WMIC 2008.
