The 2009 World Molecular Imaging Congress was held in Montreal, Canada from September 23-26th. The meeting was a huge success with over 1750 attendees from over 38 countries worldwide including five new countries who were never represented before. There were nearly 1,000 peer-reviewed abstracts presented as either oral or poster presentations. Highlights included a keynote speech from Dr. Roger Tsien.
