Using the Itinerary Planner

Remember: Our first poster session is on the first day of the meeting--Wednesday, September 8. Preview the abstracts of posters you would like to visit on Wednesday and every day!

Also important: All posters that are up and viewable on Wednesday and Thursday will be replaced with an entire new group of posters. It will look like this:

Intinerary Planner Guidelines

1. The Itinerary Planner enables you to browse by day and session or search by emphasis, category, keyword, and author for specific abstracts.
2. Abstract bodies and images will not be available until August 25, but you can see the titles and authors of each abstract in each session, and you can add them to your itinerary.
3. You can add entire sessions by drilling down one level and selecting each of the abstracts.
4. The Itinerary Planner enables you to view conflicts in your schedule.
5. Poster abstracts are all listed under their Emphasis and not visually distinguished by Category within the emphasis. For this reason, I have provided the Poster Session detail here (with Presentation Numbers in red font).
