The deadline for ordering furniture at the reduced price, through the Acropolis, has been extended until August 18th.

Important Deadlines

March 18: Point System Begins

March 31: Completed application & 50% deposit due for first-round space assignment

April 30: Sponsorship requests due

May 2: First-round space assignments made, target floor plan released, company description due  (Please note – due to an overwhelming response, the floor plan assignments will not be released until May 20th)

May 5: Function space requests due

May 16: Deadline for reduction/cancellation of exhibit space (partial refund)

June 13: Final payment for exhibit space due, payments and artwork due for sponsorships

June 30: Deadline for securing special conference rates at office hotels

July 3: Deadline for advertising in program book

July 15: Deadline for EAC Authorization Form, Certificates of Insurance due

August 8: Exhibitor Badge Order Form due
